Just 15 minutes from the M27 Junction 11, Fareham turn off. Opposite the Isle of Wight, close by Portsmouth, Southampton, Chichester, Winchester. One street away from the Solent, with nearby public slipway. Local sailing, fishing and tennis clubs. Bird Watching and conservation areas.

A short drive from Lee are the New Forest, Victoria Country Park and Miniature Railway, Titchfield Abbey, the forest of Bere, the Hamble Marina, and a number of English Heritage and National Trust properties. Families may enjoy visits to the Blue Reef Aquarium (25 minutes) or Paultons Leisure Park (40 minutes). The City of Portsmouth is a short ferry journey or drive away, with Gunwharf Quays offering dozens of shops, restaurants, cinemas and clubs. Portsmouth is also home to HMS Victory, the Mary Rose Museum and the Naval Dockyard. The historic Cathedral cities of Chichester and Winchester are within 30 minutes drive. Southampton offers great shopping, and throughout this part of Hampshire there are excellent days out for families with children of all ages.
